    outdoor aquarium basics??

I am considering setting up an outdoor aquarium with a spare 15g (12x12x24). I will be setting it up on a porch that will not be getting direct sunlight (but will be "bright" all day) and i live in South Florida so winter lows wont be a concern but summer highs maybe.

I am initially planning to have it planted in either a mangrove-type/brackish style or else a S.E. Asian "rice patty"/bamboo style (very vague ideas for now), either way heavy on the plants with a few very-hardy fish and maybe shrimp...

due to the size it probably wont conform to "pond" rules (tho I am quite experienced with indoor tanks)... any ideas or suggestion will be welcome, and especially any links to related articles/websites/etc will be appreciated

Outdoor pond pumps are acute for stocking Koi angle year round. Debris clogs the pond's filters, causing a actinic alterity that is baleful to your fish. Your Koi beauties cannot bathe abroad from the baneful chemicals, so it is up to you and a reliable pond pump to attending afterwards them.
